Our Policy

UNLIMITED RENEWAL POLICY

To receive the unlimited renewal pricing, the package must be renewed before the current package expires. No exceptions will be made.

There are no penalties for early renewal (your expiration is still one month from the established date, not one month from the renewal purchase).

The Customer is responsible for knowing their renewal date.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Packages need to be used by the original purchaser. Each client has their own package.

No exchanges or refunds on tanning, packages, or products. Non-use of service or product does not entitle any refunds.

While we can give suggestions or recommendations on tingle lotions, they are purchased at the customer's discretion and no refunds will be issued.

Policies

WI state law: No person under the age of 16 may use this facility (even with parent present or parental consent).

Only one person in a tanning room at all times. No pets allowed on premises.

All session packages expire 1 year from date of purchase.

Client cards must be signed and filled out completely before tanning.

Please read all instructions and warnings in room and on client card prior to tanning

While we may make recommendations as to your session length, we do not assume responsibility for the customer’s final decisions. Disregarding the recommendation is done at your own risk.

We may also recommend lotions, but we do not assume responsibility for customers' decisions.

For your safety, the use of eye protection is required.

The use of our tanning products is strongly recommended, as our offered tanning products are compatible with our beds and will provide the best results.

Non-salon lotion is prohibited, as it is hazardous to your skin
